Ogun House, located on Awolowo road Ikoyi, Lagos, is a Mixed-Use development consisting of 5 floors for commercial use and 1 floor for Residential use. The main objective of the design was to maximize occupancy on a site with such size constraints while maintaining efficacy of occupancy.
Due to the size of the site, the resulting building has a slim shape with the smaller side facing Awolowo Road. With this in mind, the front façade has been designed to draw the eye and give the building more of a presence on such a busy road.
Ogun House has a building footprint of about 61 sq.m, and a Gross Area of 845 sq.m
