Multixept Associates Limited is a multi-disciplinary practice providing services in Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, Design Consultancy, Urban Regeneration, Project Management and Contract Administration.

The practice maintains a fully staffed office in Lagos and derives its strength from our team of established competencies, diverse skill sets, and experience backgrounds. Our team is united and motivated by Architectural innovation and we bring diverse expertise together to collaborate on work. Our approach holds firm to the conviction that each brief, project, or engagement, requires a refined thought process and collaborative problem analysis, enabling a robust solution that responds to the unique challenges posed by the brief, relevant constraints and context. These enable us to respond to markedly different briefs within diverse sectors, and sometimes within bespoke contractual environments.

Multixept Associates has over the last 16 years been involved solely or jointly with other organizations in different types of projects which include Residential, Educational, Commercial, Recreational, and Institutional Buildings at different scales of operation from Design, Space Planning and Advisory Project Management to Construction Development Stages.
