This is the winning design produced by Multixept Associates Ltd as part of a design competition organized by Oando Marketing Plc, for the development of its main office building in Apapa
The aim of the design was to reflect the company’s brand essence and culture. The proposed building, a rectilinear box design with a rotated cube juxtaposed in the entrance façade, is on four floors with Gross Floor Area of about 3200 square meters. The interior layout features a central circulation core creating a West and East wing.
In order to bring the design proposal in line with the clients’ needs and sustainability requirements, the building orientation is aligned to the east and west axis, taking into consideration the impact of the sun rays at its zenith.
