The main intent of this project was to design a home with spaces which interrelated with each other; to also maximize the use of natural light in the living spaces and to create a connection between the interior and exterior space.
To reflect the client’s style and taste, the building design is contemporary with clean lines highlighting the floor, wall and roof planes. Minimalist features have also been imbibed in the selection of the external and internal wall finishes, spatial arrangement and fenestration.
The design for the structure made provisions for 2no. Living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with storage space, 5 no en-suite rooms, a guest bedroom, Roof top party deck and servants quarters.
It also has ample garden space and a swimming pool.
