Having secured real estate potential within the commercial quarter of the Chevron Lekki zone, the client Group-Investors Ltd, commissioned this office led masterplan to realise the market benefits thereof. Covering a total of almost 6.5 hectares, the proposals were zoned into three general spaces – commercial, recreational, and residential.
With the speculative office component nearing 200,000sqm, a number of support spaces were provided, which included medical facilities, banking accommodation, retail support, and ample parking. The leisure component is centred on a golf course and club, while the residential development seeks to achieve high quality home environment for each of the circa 100 large development plots of about 650sqm each.
