This scheme provided a solution accommodating a show room and corporate office for Black Pelican Nigeria; the showroom to serve as display and retail space for high-end sanitary ware, and the office space accommodation, to serve as corporate head office.
Located within the commercial quarter of the Lekki – Epe development corridor, this development was spread across four levels and a roof top level.
Totaling circa 1400 sq., the development includes warehousing facilities, roof level corporate leisure amenities and it was designed to be a distinct landmark along the Lekki- Epe expressway.
